My name is Joanne Waldman, and I am a career, retirement, and life coach. I work with successful professionals, entrepreneurs, executives and coaches who want to do more, to be more. As your coach I enthuse you to shift to a more empowering perspective by helping you to clarify your values, discover your passions, find your life purpose and get clear about your goals.

  I have more than 20 years of experience in helping a wide variety of people successfully make career and life transitions.  I have helped clients:

• make mid-life career changes, or "refire" themselves rather than retiring.

• work through performance issues to improve both their reviews and their outlook about their jobs.

• set and achieve high level goals for themselves.

As your coach, I will partner with you to craft creative approaches, provide encouragement and emotional support, deliver direct and constructive feedback, challenge you to stretch beyond your comfort zone, work with you to confront self-defeating attitudes, enhance your confidence and ask questions to promote action steps to reach your goals.

My specialty is partnering with my clients to help them achieve the lifestyle
they desire.  I am very experienced in working "virtually" (via the telephone
and Internet) to accommodate your busy schedule.  And my commitment is to my client's success.

 I also have trained more than 300 life and retirement coaches as a teleclass leader for International Coach Academy, and Retirement Options where I serve as Director of Training. I coach other coaches who want to learn more about or gain additional skills around Career and Retirement Coaching. I also lead a six-week teleclass for coaches wanting to learn more about career coaching.
