Did you know that most people spend more time planning for a two- week vacation than for their retirement?
Many people plan for their financial future in retirement, but not their emotional/work/leisure or spiritual future!
What do you want for your retirement? To renew old passions, practice wellness, or explore new beginnings? Do you want to work-part-time, full time, or not at all? Where do you want to live? How will you manage your career/life transition?
Demographic data states that 76 million Baby Boomers will retire in the near future. If you are one of them, this could mean that you could potentially have 30-40 years in your retirement life since the average age of first retirement is now estimated at 57 years of age.
To help individuals explore their pre-retirement or recent retirement, I utilize the RETIREMENT SUCCESS PROFILE (RSP). The RSP has been administered to over 15,000 individuals and is a scientifically designed, valid and reliable self-assessment of 120 items. It measures the15 factors shown to be crucial for you to come to a dynamic understanding of yourself during your retirement transition.
After completing this assessment, you will receive a 23-page report that discusses your Present Behavior (PB) scores showing how much you have already prepared at this time for each retirement factor. Then you get your Expectation (E) scores indicating where you want to be and how much you value each factor. In addition, you can raise your level of retirement readiness by reviewing and acting on your list of strengths and focus factors received as part of the assessment results. You can take this assessment as early as 15 years before retirement as well as post-retirement.
